Lets
first understand how the attack of hayfever actually
begins .
A
single tree can produce millions of pollen spores.
Instead
of trees i would say that grass is most common cause
of hayfever.
A
hot summer day with no breeze in air allow pollen
to build up.
Once
in contact with the eye and nose pollen causes irritation
,itching and sneezing .
ah
choo ....ah choo ....GodBless ....
I would suggest keep an eye on pollen levels (known
as the pollen count) and finding out how to minimise
exposure are essential parts to fight against hay
fever.
