Do you know crash diets
can be harmful ?
Crash diet plan is not
an effective way of loosing weight in run long.I even
dont reccommend a temporary dieting plan for flat stomach.
Generally people use diets during a temporary period
in which they tend to lose X amount of weight.
Note that Dieting can become
a bad habit.
Here the question is not
just to look stunning in your swimsuit just because
you are going to beach trip in 2 weeks time . No ,Sorry
i am talking of flat stomach issue in totality.
You start out losing some
weight by starving yourself ,following a diet plan bought
by you and depriving your body of the foods they need
and really like to eat. No ,at American Vistas we dont
go for it.
Its because if today i
tell you to deprive yourself of those foods i know you
will follow it up but after a period of time you will
be tired of not being able to eat your favorite foods.
Then you go back to your
old ways of eating and end up putting on more weight
then you had before.
OMG !!!
Months later, you're fed
up with your body and try yet another diet to prepare
for that next get together ,fabulous reunion trip ,you
want to look great for.
The crash dieting begins again. No , thats not the right
approach .
It's a never ending cycle.
This is called the rebound effect and it's terrible
for your body because it affects your metabolism for
the long-term and you end up gaining weight even faster
each time.
So all the people at American
Vistas lets take new approach towards life .
Way of Thinking has
to be changed If you want to lose weight
If you want to lose weight
,want to have flat stomach then rid off dieting concept.
The word "diet" is too
temporary for flat stomach .
I don't endorse any of
the fad or crash diet plans .
Lets say new eating habits
instead of diet.
To cut out certain foods and replace them with new ones
,simply changing our watever eating habits.
This is a permanent lifestyle
change and eliminates the rebound effect where your
weight goes up and down .
Its all about eating healthy
80% of the time, including the occasional favourite
foods from time to time .
Now you might ask...."But
what if I want to lose the weight fast"?
If you lose the weight
too fast that probably means you're starving yourself
and/or not getting the necessary nutrition your body
needs to be healthy. That's never good no matter how
much weight you lose.
In addition , weight loss
that happens too fast can severely rate up your metabolism
and cause you to gain weight quicker than you did previously
if you start eating the wrong foods again.
On internet i often find
websites suggesting you to adopt there weight loosing
plans .How can someone lose 30 pounds in 2 months. That's
just not realistic, nor is it healthy. You have to give
it time. or Even if they work then the condition stated
above going to occur .Choice is yours .
Its your body , its your
stomach .Dont recommend weight go up and down like a
yo-yo.
The clue to a healthy,
effective weight loss plan is one that consistently
cuts out the saturated fats, involves exercise at least
3 days/week and increases the amount of protein and
fiber you consume. And yes, it does take time.
You should also be eating
more meals, but right foods, more often because digestion
actually helps boost your metabolism.
So i dont suggest going
for diet myths.Eating two meals a day or completely
cutting out all carbs and fat. A rubbish idea !
Believe it or not, we do
need some carbs and some fat in our bodies. The problem
comes in when we have too much it. Moderation is key
for those carbs and fats .
Conclusion
If you completely cut off
the foods you enjoy most, you'll get bored and run the
risk of going back to your old eating habits. Say no
to word DIET . I see crash diet plans as a stupid way
to live life with. Having new eating habits simply means
making better food choices thats it .
